Join us for a conversation with artist Sheldon Scott whose performance and video work are included in The Outwin 2019: American Portraiture Today. We will address the history and legacy of African enslavement in the Americas while considering the ways that performance art may stand as both individual and group portraiture. This program is supported by Daniel Greenberg, Susan Steinhauser, and the Greenberg Foundation.
