Print from a portfolio--"Kiowa Indian Art: Watercolor Paintings in Color by the Indians of Oklahoma"--assembled by Dr. Oscar Brousse Jacobson (1882-1966, artist, scholar, Native art patron, and director of the University of Oklahoma's School of Art from 1915 to 1954) and published in 1929 by C. Szwedzicki, Nice, France; this print formerly in the collection of Dr. Jacobson and purchased from his daughter Yolande Jacobson Sheppard (1921-1998) in 1968.
